The South Bend Chapter Indiana Black Expo, Inc. (SBCIBE) is an all volunteer group that promotes unity in the African American community. SBCIBE is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization sponsoring activities that help stimulate every family member to achieve their highest potential. SBCIBE is an informative source for economic, health, education and social enriching matters. SBCIBE strongly believes in collaborating with business, religious, political, education and entertainment entities to instill pride and harmony in our communities.
